Today is our last day here in Cancun at Dreams Jade. We will be picked up at 4am to start our travels back home. We plan to hit the pool again this morning and let our things dry on the balcony later and then pack them late tonight. Hubby has a work meeting this afternoon but that shouldn’t take too long. Not sure what else we have in store for today. So far I have started the day by witnessing another beautiful sunrise and catching up on my writing from yesterday. I bet today will be another not so busy day full of relaxing and TLC before the trip home. Those flights are rough on both of us.

We started the day with room service breakfast. Hubby had pancakes and bacon with pineapple juice and I had my usual omelet with hash brown potatoes with pineapple juice. After packing most of our stuff we headed to the pool. Water was chillier than the other days but still enjoyed ourselves. We stayed for a couple hour before grabbing lunch at the poolside grill. Fish tacos for me and cheeseburger for hubby. The birds were out in full force and quite daring when trying to snag a bite for themselves.

At about noon we had to go up to the room for a work meeting hubby had. Wi-Fi isn’t the best but it cooperated with us which was good. It was fun watching him show off the ocean view to the coworkers. Once the meeting was over the day was all ours.

Back to the beach where we ran into some of our friends. They shared about their snorkeling trip via Amstar. Not many creatures out and waves were rough. They were plenty happy with the Captain who pulled them on the life preservers since they couldn’t keep up swimming it.They said the loved the swimming with dolphins they did too. After quite a bit of time we were ready to head in,

Back to the room to clean up and rest briefly before dinner. We planned to go to Cin Cin for dinner but to our delight the French restaurant was open! Our favorite hostess, Janneth, was there. She is always so helpful and kind!
